About Us

Vehicles parked outside the Elks Lodge.

Pull into 5925 E. Waterloo Rd and you'll notice the first thing right away: the parking lot sits well back from the road, which means the moment you step inside, the noise of the world drops away. That quiet is intentional. Elks Lodge #2578 has been building a place where people can actually exhale, swap stories at the bar, and feel like regulars even on their first visit. The members here have a reputation, earned through 66 reviews averaging 4.7 stars, for pulling strangers into dart games and making them feel like they've been coming for years.

The lodge itself is genuinely spacious, with a well-stocked bar that holds its own against any dedicated watering hole in the Edmond area. Traveling Elks rolling through Oklahoma on RV trips consistently single out this location as one of the best stops on their route, praising the RV sites and the warmth of the membership. That kind of word-of-mouth doesn't happen by accident. It happens because the people here actually mean it when they say the door is open.

What We Offer

Lodge #2578 offers a full-service bar stocked and ready for members and their guests, regular social events including dart leagues and community gatherings, and RV hookups for traveling Elks making their way across the country. The lot is quiet, the sites are clean, and the membership is the kind that introduces itself.

Beyond the bar and the RV pad, the lodge hosts charitable fundraisers, youth programs, and the civic initiatives that have defined the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks since its founding. Whether you're a lifelong Elk looking to transfer your home lodge or a prospective member curious about joining, the team at Edmond Elks will walk you through every step. Reach out through the lodge's website at edmondelks.org to check event schedules, confirm current hours, and verify that any recent facility work has been resolved before you make the drive.

"We stayed at the Edmond Oklahoma Elks Lodge # 2578. Parking was far enough off of the road that it was very quiet. The Lodge is spacious and the bar was well stocked. The members were very friendly. RV sites had 30/40 amp, water, and sewer (FHU)."

"Important !!! CALL before you head to this Elks Lodge… ask if their electric issues have been fixed !! (Our electrical Issue date was the week of 5-30-2023) This Elks Lodge location was the best for what we were doing. We were planning to stay for 3 nites. Easy to maneuver our 43 ft big rig. Each site is a wide, back in. Pulling in, we were met by Jerry, (Elk Property Mgr.. I think) and another Elk member, Jim. What friendly, delightful gentlemen. The parking spaces are wide enough for slides but space 1 & 2 are a bit unleveled. But nothing you can’t work out with your jacks. Today, we had issues…. The electricity kept popping the breaker. We took the surge protector off and tried again. Still popping the breaker about every 30 seconds. AND, the plug was really hot which is not a good sign. When we asked about it….apparently, they knew there was an electrical issue & expecting the Electric Co sometime this week. Though NOT their fault but it was not going to work for us. They could have told us about the electrical issue upon arrival, but they didn’t. So, unfortunately, we needed to leave the same day we arrived. Do call prior to going there and ask about the electric status !!"
